Uprooting the Leading Causes of Death – Dr. Greger, July 26, 2012, Pittsburgh

Brilliant lecture–funny and informative. I don’t agree that eating one egg per day is equivalent to smoking 25,000 cigarettes, but it is true that endotoxemia, associated with eating animal fat and processed meat, is a root cause of heart disease and diabetes.
